At our Buschenschank, simplicity is true culinary art. Traditional South Tyrolean dishes – such as Schlutzkrapfen, dumplings, homemade sausages, the classic “Schlachtplatte” with sauerkraut, and sweet Krapfen – are prepared according to time-honoured recipes. Our cooks, Zilli and Michi, add their own special touch with plenty of creativity and even more love for authentic farmhouse cuisine.
As an organic farm in the Isarco Valley, we place great value on high-quality, regional ingredients – many of which come straight from our own garden or fields.
For special occasions or family celebrations, we are happy to serve these delicacies by reservation – in a cosy and intimate setting, just the way you like it.
